Orders placed during business hours can be collected within 1-2 hours. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Items must be checked at collection time. We cannot accept claims for missing items after collection.

You MUST check all items at the time of collection. Once you leave our premises, we cannot accept claims for missing or incorrect items.

Collection Process
Place Your Order
Submit your order during business hours. We'll begin processing immediately.
Wait for Confirmation
Wait 1-2 hours for us to prepare your order. We will contact you when it's ready for collection. Do not arrive before receiving confirmation.
Arrive at Our Location
Come to our premises. Collections are made through the back of the building.
Check In at Reception
Go to the reception office and inform staff you're here for collection. They will direct you to the back entrance.
Check All Items
Thoroughly check all items against your order. Verify quantities, specifications, and condition. This is your only opportunity to report missing or incorrect items.
Complete Collection
Once satisfied, collect your items from the back of the building. Thank you for your business!

Step 1: Enter through the main entrance

Step 3: Staff will direct you to the back of the building
Step 4: Collect your items from the rear collection area
Collection Hours
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Sunday: Closed

Once you leave our premises, we cannot accept:
